Love and Friendship: I loved this movie, it was solo well done! In all fairness I must say that the male viewer in our party hated it. It's based on a Jane Austen novella called Lady Susan. It's interesting, if I think about it, I shouldn't like it but I loved it.

Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them: So I fell off the Harry Potter band wagon years ago but we went to see it as a family. I really enjoyed the movie, it's disconnected enough from the rest of the HP series that you can just jump in and as the title suggests, it's a fantastical world.

Love and Mercy: I don't know lot about the Beach Boys, I enjoy some of their music occasionally but this was a very interesting movie about the band's founder, Brian Wilson. It was a very interesting and well made movie but I don't know that I'd watch it again, Brian Wilson had a lot of horrible stuff in his life, it was a hard movie to watch.

Zootopia: I saw this over the weekend, it was a fun movie but I felt a little beat over the head with the message, I prefer a little more subtlety.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E.: This may be the best action movie I've ever seen, I'm sure many may disagree with me but it's so well made! I highly recommend it.

Big Fat Greek Wedding 2: I really enjoyed this movie, I was worried but it's the same kind of fun as the first movie.

The Pink Panther Strikes Again: There are about three of the Pink Panther movies that I feel are worth watching: the original, naturally, Shot in the Dark (the second) and this one which may be the third. Already in this movie there are some reused gags but it's so wacky and out there. It's not a cinematic masterpiece but it is fun.

Star Wars - The Force Awakens: I finally got to see Star Wars, I have many mixed feelings on the movie but over all I like it. I see this movie like the Last Crusade in Indiana Jones, you have the original Star Wars Trilogy (obviously the best) like unto Raiders of the Lost Arc (IJ), then there's episodes I, II, III - not so great in general consensus like unto Temple of Doom (well known to be the worst of IJ) and now The Force Awakens, like Last Crusade (we go back to a Nazi plot etc. and order is restored). I like and don't like the obvious similarities to original Star Wars, but I understand the motive. I think Rey and Finn are awesome characters. *spoiler* I'm bummed about Han and I don't really enjoy Kylo Ren/Ben *end spoiler* I like powerful women characters etc. It's a goods movie and I look forward with curiosity.
Richard II: This is part of the Hollow Crown mini series. I think it was a really great version (not that I've seen others) of Richard II, I don't know that I love the play itself but I did like the stylization except for how graphic/gorey it was.

Antony and Cleopatra: A staging of the play filmed on a replica of the globe stage. It was helpful to watch and read at the same time but it isn't my favorite.

10 Things I Hate About You: I'm of two minds about this movie, there are some great parts and it's a fun modern adaptation of Taming of the Shrew, but it's also a high school movie with accurate high school swearing and other foul language.

I.Q.: I watched this movie on the recommendation of a friend and the coincidence that it was also streaming on Prime. It's an alright movie but I wasn't overwhelmed by it. The premise is that Albert Einstein has a niece who's engaged to a chump and this mechanic falls for her. Einstein and his egg head buddies decide to bring the two together.

Cinderella: This is the more recent, live action, disney movie. I'm not quite sure how I felt about this movie, there were things that I really enjoyed, like Helena Bohnam Carter as the fairy godmother, but there was a lot that I just was not a fan of. I don't know if I'm just getting jade on princess movies or remakes but I wasn't blown away by the movie at any rate.

The Peanuts Movie: This was a fun family movie, that being said, it's pretty much a revamp of the peanuts specials and shows over the years.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (The Original Movie): This movie is not a cinematic gem, but it is a classic example of a 90's movie. If you like TMNT, it's worth watching at least once.
